	Adam Gilbert - Senior Vice President From a young age Adam starting reading "self-help" books and books about holistic thinking, trying to comprehend that there must be more to this life than just wake up, make money, pay the bills, go home and then start all over again! As he got a little older, he came to understand that helping people achieve their goals and fulfill their potential brought more meaning to his life than anything tangible. 	Lou Vescio - Senior Vice President As an educator and school administrator for the past 24 years, and Principal of a very large and dynamic secondary school in Niagara Falls, it has always been my responsibility to help students to learn and succeed. While I share in many of Derrick's values and philosophies, until I was presented with the opportunity to join this very progressive human development company, and because of my work and family commitments, I never thought that I had either the time or the energy to get involved in this new endeavor. 	Marsha Staton Sweet - Chief Operating Officer Marsha has worked for the Healthy Wealthy and Wise Corporation from day one and is known throughout our organization as the backbone of our company! Marsha's primary responsibility is to make sure our clients and our trainers have what they need when they need it. Whether it relates to new clients receiving their course study materials, website identification codes and passwords being received in a timely manner, or making sure our website updates are completed without any disruption to our clients, Marsha's commitment to our organization is one of the reasons our clients tend to remain clients! Prior to joining HWW Marsha worked for the Toronto Board of Education.
